<br />E. Perform field observation and existing conditions assessment, including site <br />work, architectural, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems. <br /> <br />F. Compile information regarding existing utilities available at the site, including <br />size. condition, and plans for future upgrades. <br /> <br />G. Review available information regarding presence of hazardous materials <br />(asbestos, lead based paint, etc.) and make recommendations for securing <br />additional assessments as appropriate. <br /> <br />H. Prepare a Pre-Design Report identifying viability of existing systems, basic <br />design factors, program requirements, site utilization studies, internal functions, <br />traffic and circulation patterns, and general space all locations. <br /> <br />I.
