(105-381). <br /> <br />REQUESTED ACTION: (SuggeI1ted motion If the Board approves the agenda item as ptesented) <br />Approve the October 2005 Release-Refund report as submitted and grant authority to the <br />Tax Collector to process the refunds and releases. Please find enclosed the list of refunds <br />and releases for the month of October 2005. I have reviewed these lists. They are in <br />order and I request your approval. J.
