Box 707 <br />Concord, North Carolina <br /> <br />Dear Ms. DuBois: <br /> <br />Please be advised that during the October 2005 meeting of the Cabamls Juvenile Crime <br />Prevention Council, the Council decided to reduce the budgets of the 2005-2006 JCPC <br />Programs across the board by 2.5%. This is in accordance with a previously announced <br />budgetary reduction in funds by the Department of Juvenile Justice & Delinquency <br />Prevention to all counties. As a result of this action, each program will be required to <br />submit a budget revision reflecting this reduction. The budgetary reduction will also take <br />into account the2.5% reduction in cash matches by the county. The paperwork for these <br />revisions will be completed within the month of November and forwarded to you office <br />for approval by the County Commissioners. <br /> <br />Thank you for your assistance.
