<br />CABARRUS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />AGENDA ITEM REQUEST <br /> <br />- <br />Agenda Item # I- - 5 <br /> <br />Meeting Date 11/21/05 <br /> <br />SUBJECT: <br />Bulletproof Vest Partnership Grant <br /> <br />BRIEF SUMMARY: <br /> <br />This budget amendment is to appropriate Bulletproof Vest Partnership (BVP) funds in the <br />amount of $22,426.23. These funds will be received from the US Department of Justice <br />Bulletproof Vest Partnership Grant Act of 1998. The Sheriff's Office will be able to <br />purchase additional bullet proof vests.
