<br />CABARRUS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />AGENDA ITEM REQUEST <br /> <br />Agenda Item # 1=" - g <br /> <br />Meeting Date 11/21/05 <br /> <br />SUBJECT: <br />Allocation of Budget and Organizational Performance Manager Classification to the Pay <br />Plan <br /> <br />BRIEF SUMMARY: <br />The duties of the Budget Officer position have undergone significant changes to keep up <br />with the demands and expectations of the organization and the public. This position now <br />develops and analyzes performance measures, objectives and strategies; conducts <br />management, productivity and operation studies; develops recommendations for improving <br />policies, procedures and systems of operation, among other tasks described in the <br />attached memo.
