In <br />order to do so they are working with the First Charter Bank to secure the appropriate <br />financing to complete the purchase. MFD is requesting the Board of Commissioners to <br />adopt a resolution stating that they are aware of MFD's intentions and approve the <br />incurrence by the fire department for an amount up to $328,358.00 for the purpose of <br />purchasing the fire truck. <br /> <br />REQUESTED ACTION: (Suggested motion If the Board approves the agenda Item as presented) <br />1. Review the request of the Midland Fire Department for "incurrence" for the amount of <br />$328,358.00. <br />2.
