Is participatillg in the fann present-use-value taxatiol} program. <br />2. Is managed if! accordance with the Soil Conservation Service defined (','osiol1 <br />control practices that are addressed to highly erodable land; and <br />3. Is the subjec~ of a conservation agreement, between the county and the owner of <br />such land th~t prohibits nonfarm use 01' development for a period of at least 10 <br />years, exceplfor the creation of not more than five lots that meet applh"lble <br />county zoning and subdivision regulations. <br /> <br />Agricultural Advisory .Bpard- <br />An ordinance ad~pted under the Voluntary Agricultural District statute shllll <br />provide for the e$tablishment of an agricultural advisory board, organized II nd <br />appointed as the bounty deems appropriate. Review and make recomnlendations concerning any ordillance or <br />amendment adopted or proposed for adoption <br />c.'.~lold public hearings on public project likely to have an j "lpact 011 <br />a$ricultural operations, particularly it'such projects involve <br />cq,ndemnation of all or part of any qualifying farm <br />d.!
