<br />All employees involved in equipment wifl be properly trained in accordance with manufacturer's <br />specifications, uniformed, well-groomed, and supervised. <br /> <br />. All food service employees wiJr be trained and certified in all reasonably relevant health concerns. <br /> <br />. All employees involved in food service will be trained in proper guest courtesy. <br /> <br />. Each food concession owner should have an individual who will function as the certified food <br />manager for inspection and personnel training and who interacts with local health inspectors. <br /> <br />All equipment should be inspected for cleanliness on a regular basis and in accordance with law. <br /> <br />. State of North Carolina health certifications shall be displayed in accordance with regulations. <br /> <br />TRANSPORTATION: <br /> <br />. AI! vehicle maintenance' work shaft be done according to manufacturer specifications, good Judgment, <br />and governinG law, and by properly iralned Individuals. .. <br /> <br />. All replacement, preventive maintenance, and lubrication schedules shall be closely monitored and <br />performed by qualified individuals. <br /> <br />. Replacement parts will comply with the manufacturer"s specifications. <br /> <br />Certified craftsmen/tradesmen shall be used whenever deemed necessary. <br /> <br />All vehicles shell be maintained to keep the integrity of the manufacturer"s designs. <br /> <br />'. <br /> <br />. Operators should operate lravelequipment in accordance with state and federal Department or <br />Transportatioh (DOT) regutations and good judgment. <br /> <br />Each vehicle shall be inspected to DOT regulations or manufacturer's specifications and by qualified <br />individuals. <br /> <br />II Driver logbooks, drug/alcohol screening and copies of driver's certifications (Commercial Driver's <br />licenses) must be kept on file. <br /> <br />. All vehicle maintenance records,work orders, DOT inspections, etc. will be kept on file. <br /> <br />TAXES GENERAL <br /> <br />All admissions, sales, and meals tax will. be collected and forwarded to the appropriate State of North <br />Carolina ta.xing authority. <br /> <br />ACCESSIBILITY <br /> <br />Cabarrus County Fair reserves the right to audit any and all points of sale ticket locations during the run <br />of the fair includiJ;g but not limited to ticket boxes/windows, tbrn tickets at rides and counting <br />rooms/stations. . <br /> <br />THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION MUST BE PROVIDED AND WILL BE <br />THE BASIS FOR EVALUATION <br /> <br />RIDES AND ATTRACTIONS <br /> <br />All rides shail be inspected by the NCDOL and must be approved for operation by advertised opening <br />time on the first day of the fair.
