<br />. Chapter Twelve Administration and Enforcement <br /> <br />a. The appropriate approving entity (State of North Carolina or <br />Cabarrus County Health Department) has approved the installation <br />of both waste water and fresh water supply systems; and <br /> <br />b. The Zoning Administrator has made a final inspection and <br />determined that the provisions of this Ordinance have been <br />complied with. The Zoning Administrator mayor may not request <br />"As-Built" plans. <br /> <br />c. The Zoning Administrator may grant a temporary occupancy <br />permit for up to one hundred eighty (180) days. <br /> <br />Part II. The Cabarrus County Planning and Zoning Commission. <br /> <br />Section 12-15. Establishment of Commission. <br /> <br />In order to exercise the powers authorized in General Statute <br />153A-344 and 153A-345, the Cabarrus County Planning and Zoning <br />Commission is hereby established. The Commission shall be <br />comprised of nine (9) members appointed by the Cabarrus County <br />Board of Commissioners. Members shall be residents of Cabarrus <br />County. <br /> <br />Members shall be appointed per the adopted policy of the Board of County <br />Commissioners. <br /> <br />Section 12-16. Alternate members. <br /> <br />The Board of Commissioners shall also appoint three (3) alternate <br />members to serve on the Cabarrus County Planning and Zoning Commission in <br />the absence, for any cause, of any regular member. Such alternate members shall <br />be appointed for three year terms and shall have an exercise all the powers and <br />duties of a regular member when serving in his or her absence. <br /> <br />Section 12-17.
