A legal description or survey of the property proposed for <br />rezoning. <br /> <br />If rezoning to an rlSU" or lieD" district is desired, petitioner also submits <br />a development plan as described in Section 13~9 or 13-11, part 3 at this time. <br /> <br />-Step 2: Staff Review.
