<br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CABARRUS <br />COUNTY SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of Cabarrus County, North <br />Carolina, that the Cabarrus County Subdivision Ordinance is amended as follows: <br /> <br />1. Chapter 4, Section 17 of the Cabarrus County Subdivision Ordinance is <br />hereby repealed. <br /> <br />2. A new Section 17 is hereby added to Chapter 4 of the Cabarrus County <br />Subdivision Ordinance, which section shall read as follows: <br /> <br />Section 17. Adequate Public Facilities Standards. <br /> <br />Applicants must comply with Chapter 15 of the Cabarrus County Zoning <br />Ordinance. Chapter 15 of the Cabarrus County Zoning Ordinance is hereby <br />incorporated by reference and made a part of this Ordinance. <br /> <br />3. If any portion, clause or sentence of this ordinance shall be determined to <br />be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration of invalidity shall not affect the <br />remaining portions of this ordinance. <br /> <br />4.
