We w~ll, however, <br />as stated in our agreement to do the original facility assessment credit out the <br />architectural fee of $6,500.00 toward the Phase II fee; $174,500.00 less $6,500.00 for a <br />revised Phase II proposed A/E fee of $168,000.00.
