Development Standards to Which Projects Within the Five Year Annexation Area <br />will not be Subject: <br /> <br />Development shall not be subject to the zoning standards of the UDO including <br />permitted use, lot development standards, parking, signs, open space and cluster <br />standards. <br />All fees assessed shall be those approved by the Board of Commissioners. Other than <br />those approved under previous agreements, Cabarms County shall not be responsible <br />for the collection of fees charged by the City of Concord. <br /> <br />Development Standards to Which Projects Outside the Five Year Annexation Area <br />will be subject: <br /> <br />All utility design and construction shall be meet City of Concord and Water and <br />Sewer Authority of Cabarrus County standards as adopted and properly amended. <br /> <br /> <br />
