CABARRUS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />AGENDA ITEM REQUEST <br /> <br />Meeting Date 3/15/04 Agenda Item <br /> <br />SUBJECT: <br />Proclamation Honoring Dana Moeller as the State's Top Middle Level Youth Volunteer for <br />2004 in the Prudential Spirit of Community Awards Program - Commissioner Carpenter <br /> <br />BRIEF SUMMARY: <br />Dana was recently named as one of North Carolina's top two youth volunteers by The <br />Prudential Spirit of Community Awards, a nationwide program honoring you people for <br />outstanding acts of volunteerism. As a State Honoree, she will be participating in national <br />recognition events in Washington, D.
