Moore, PLS, the subject property being Lot No. 1 on said survey, a copy of which is attached hereto and recorded herein: BEGINNING at a computed point in the Western line of Jerry W. Connclly (Deed Book 616,Page 731), said computed point lying N. 05-02-25 W. 11.55 feet from an existing tlat bar and runs thence S. 05-02-25 E. 400.00 feet (passing over an existing fiat bar online at I 1.55 feet) with thc Western line of Connclly to a computed point; thence S. 18-55-54 W. 82.91 feet with the Western line of Connelly to an iron rod, a new comer; thence a new line, N. 64-57-26 W. 148.02 feet to an iron rod, a new comer; thence a new line, N. 85-09-19 W. 191.00 feet to an iron rod, a new corner in the Eastern linc of Castor (Deed Book 889, Page 081) now or formerly; thence N. 04-30-56 W. 97.04 feet (passing over an existing iron rod online at 22.43 feet) with the Eastern line of Castor and Sitthixay (Deed Book 977, Page 734) now or formerly, to an existing ~" iron pin, said pin being the Southwestern corner of Bosch (Deed Book 885, Page 710) now or formerly: thcncc N. 73-57-40 E. 105.51 feet with the Southern line of Bosch to an existing %" iron rod; thence N. 04-32-36 W. 227.01 feet (passing over an existing ~" iron pin online at 199.96 feet) to a computed Ix)tnt in the centerline of the right of way of N.C. Highway 152; thence N. 75-00-00 E. 86.26 feet with the centerline of the right of way of N.C. Highway 152 to a computed point; thence S. 04-55-35 E. 18.17 feet to an existing ¼" iron rod-' thence N. 74-59-58 E. 161.01 feet through the Southem fight of way of N.C.
