execution guaranteed by a good and sufficient surety or performance bond (see <br />Sc~ion 65 !00 Chapter 4, Section 15) with corporate surety, a copy of which shall <br />be filed with the PI,, .... ,,,~ ~- r~i.~.. - · · <br /> ~,. ,_,~ .... ,~ ~.,,,.~,~,, Subdivision Administrator. <br /> <br />Specifications for Final Plat: <br /> <br />The Title Block - shall contain the following information: subdivision name, <br />property designation, name(s) and address(es) of owner(s), township, <br />county, state, the date(s) the survey was made, name and date of <br />Preliminary Plat approval, scale in feet per inch in words or figures and bar <br />graph, and the name, seal, address, and phone number of the surveyor. <br />The Title Block shall be located on the bottom right hand corner of the plat. <br /> <br />Monuments and Control Corners - the accurate location, material, and size <br />of monuments and the designation of specific control corners in <br />conformance with G.S. 39-32 as amended shall be shown. <br /> <br />Boundaries and Uses - the exact boundary of the tract of land being <br />subdivided in heavy lines; including full dimensions by lengths and bearings. <br />The plat shall clearly show the disposition of all portions of the tract into <br />designated lots, roads, alleys, parks, floodplains, and open space and the <br />name(s) or owner(s) of record of adjoining parcels of unsubdivided land and <br />present zoning. <br /> <br />Acreage - each plat shall show the total acreage of the areas being <br />recorded along with the area of each lot. Area of land parcels must show <br />the method of computation used by the surveyor, and county parcel <br />identification numbers. <br /> <br />Sufficient Data - to determine readily and reproduce accurately on the <br />ground the location, bearing, and length of every street line, lot line, <br />easement line, block line, building line whether straight or curved. This <br />data shall include tangent distance, the central angle, the radius, arcs and <br />chords of all curves. All linear dimensions shall be given in feet and <br />hundredths thereof and angular dimensions shall be of comparable accuracy <br />within the limits of good surveying practices. <br /> <br />]:f the Final Plat is Drawn in Two or More Sections - each section shall be <br />accompanied by a key map showing the location of the sections, match <br />lines shall be shown and labeled, and maps shall have reference to each <br />other (i.e. map :[ of 2, map 2 of 2, etc.). <br /> <br />191, <br /> <br /> <br />
