7. Vicinity Map - as shown on preliminary plat. <br /> <br />8. North Arrow - north arrow and declination. <br /> <br />Restrictive Covenants - where restrictive covenants are proposed reference <br />shall be made on the final plat as to deed book and page number of <br />recorded covenants, or space shall be provided to insert the deed book and <br />page number if the covenants have not been recorded. <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />Road Mainten,ance - statement as to who will maintain the roads and <br />drainage systems until such time when they may be turned over to the <br />proper governmental agency for their maintenance.
