("KHA" or "the Consultant") is pleased to <br />submit this letter agreement (the "Agreement") to Cabarms County ("the Client") <br />for providing transportation engineering services related to the proposed County <br />Fairgrounds Master Plan. Our project understanding, scope of services, schedule, <br />and fee are below. <br /> <br />Project Understanding <br /> <br />We understand the objective of this study is to determine the Yehmular traffic <br />Lmpact of the proposed County Fairgrounds Master Plan on the surrounding <br />roadway network. The old County Fairgrounds property is located in Cabarrus <br />County, North Carolina and consists of a va6ety of uses as indicated in the Master <br />Plan document prepared by Cornerstone.
