Shall the order adopted on August 25, 2004, authorizing not exceeding $3,100,000 Community <br />College Bonds of the County of Cabarrus, North Carolina, for the purpose of providing funds, <br />with any other available funds, for erecting an additional educational building and related <br />improvements for Rowan-Cabarrus Community College and acquiring furnishings and equipment <br />therefor, including computers, and authorizing the levy of taxes in an amount suffiment to pay the <br />principal of and the interest on said bonds, be approved? <br /> <br />YES 208TM <br /> <br />NO 209TM <br /> <br /> [Facsimile of signature] <br />John R.
