Shall the order adopted on August 25, 2004, authorizing not exceeding $3,100,000 Community College Bonds of the County of Cabarrus, North Carolina, for the purpose of providing funds, with any other available funds, for erecting an additional educational building and related improvements for Rowan-Cabarrus Community College and acquiring furnishings and equipment therefor, including computers, and authorizing the levy of taxes in an amount suffiment to pay the principal of and the interest on said bonds, be approved? The Clerk to the Board of Commissioners is hereby directed to mail or deliver a certified copy of this resolution to the Cabarrus County Board of Elections within three days after the adoption hereof.
