I DO HEREBY FURTHER CERTIFY that I mailed or delivered a certified copy of the resolution passed by smd Board on August 25, 2004 entitled: "RESOLUTION CALLING A SPECIAL BOND REFERENDUM" to the Cabarrus County Board of Elections on or before the third day following the passage of said resolution. I DO HEREBY FURTHER CERTIFY that I duly notified or caused to be notified each member of said Board of said meeting and that, at least 48 hours before said meeting, notice of said meeting, signed by the Chairman of said Board and stating that a special meeting of said Board would be held at 6:00 P.M. on August 25, 2004 in the Commissioners Meeting Room in the Cabarrus County Governmental Center in Concord, North Carolina, for the purpose, among other items listed, of conducting a public hearing on a bond order authorizing $94,900,000 School Bonds and a bond order authorizing $3,100,000 Community College Bonds, consideration of adoption of said bond orders and the passage of a resolution calling a referendum upon said bond orders, was posted on the prin~p, lal bulletin board of said Board and mailed or delivered to each newspaper, wire service, radio station, television station and person that had filed with me written request for notice pursuant to N.C.G.S. § 143-318.12. ,, WITNESS my hand and the corporate seal of said County, this day of August, 2004.
