BEGINNING at a new iron pin in the line of Carpenter Investments (said corner being S. 85- 38-41 W. 33.10 feet,along said line from an existing pk nail, a corner of Lot 11 of Kahn Properties South, LLC, as shown on deed recorded in Book 2379, page 202), and runs thence . three new lines as follows: I" S. 5-34-37 E. 14.06 feet to a new iron pin; 2nd S. 83-12-35 W. 29.03 feet to a new iron pin; and 3rd N. 6-07-17 W. 15.28 feet to a new iron pin in the line of Carpenter Investments; thence with that line N. 85-36-22 E. 29.18 feet to the BEGINNING, as surveyed by Robert S. Spidel, Professional Land Surveyor of Mel G. Thompson & Associates, August 4, 2004. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the aforesaid tract or parcel of land and au' privileges and appurtenances thereunto belonging to the Grantee in fee simple.
