After extensive survey work which included 2' topographic mapping and tree location, our project coordinator, Richard Flowe ofN.Focus, and the engineer developed detailed preliminary plans including lot layouts and inftastructure design (streets, water, sewer, stonn sewer, etc.). We also engaged other engineers and experts to conduct environmental evaluations, endangered species investigation and sample soil borings as part of our extensive feasibility work for the project. We spent in excess of $200,000 preparing for rezoning. We have projected the following economic impact of our project: ~ New Property Taxes on $150M Build Out .
