<br />State of North Carolina <br />Division of Social Services <br />Contract Application <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />Contract Summary <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />This agreement is between Cabarrus County, North Carolina (the "County") <br />on behalf of the County Department of Social Services (heretofore and <br />hereinafter referred to as the "Department") and the Community Link <br />Programs of Travelers Aid Society of Central Carolinas, Inc.
