'7 <br /> <br />Meeting Date 10/18/04 <br /> <br />SUBJECT: <br />Granting a utility easement to the City of Concord on Cabarrus Avenue <br /> <br />BRIEF SUMMARY: <br /> <br />The City of Concord Community Development Division of the Neighborhood and Economic <br />Development Department is requesting that Cabarrus County grant a utility easement on <br />Cabarrus A venue at Health Department Drive.
