FY 2004 appropriation was approved September <br />2004. Establish position 5760010 effective 11.12.04 through 06.30.05 ) Senior Center <br />Prog. Coordinator to facilitate the program. Cabarrus Family Friends is an inter <br />generational volunteer prog. that matches adults 55 years of age and older with families of <br />children who have disabilities andlor chronic illnesses.
