Funds 0 Internal Transfer Within Function <br /> will be used to add enhancements to the Training Facility/Firing Range and will include automatic pop-up 0 Transfer Between Function/Funds <br /> or turning targets and a range tower. A 10% match is required and will come from the Special Revenue <br /> Fund for Federal Forfeiture Sharing. This will improve skill level/reaction time in a combat situation. !&] Supplemental Request <br /> Concord Police has also received LLEBG grant funding allowing for the enhancements to be made <br /> without requiring county dollars.
