<br />CABARRUS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />AGENDA ITEM REQUEST <br /> <br />Agenda Item # G- 3 <br /> <br />Meeting Date 10/18/04 <br /> <br />SUBJECT: <br />Petition C2004-O7 (ZT) Text Amendment to make mobile home parks and multifamily <br />developments subject to the Adequate Public Facilities Ordinance. <br /> <br />BRIEF SUMMARY: <br /> <br />This change was initiated by the Board at its Sept. meeting. The Cabarrus County <br />Planning and Zoning Board will hear this petition on October 14th, 2004 at a special <br />meeting.
