<br />PETITION C04-07(ZT) <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CABARRUS COUNTY ZONING <br />ORDINANCE <br /> <br />Ordinance No. 2004-_.__. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED that the Cabarrus County Zoning Ordinance is hereby amended as <br />follows: <br /> <br />In order to make mobile home parks and multifamily developments subject to the <br />Adequate Public Facilities Ordinance the Planning Division suggests the following <br />amendments to the zoning ordinance: <br /> <br />1. In Chapter Seven, Section 7-4,ltem 14, Duplex. Under Standards add: <br /> <br />c. Must meet the Adequate Public Facility Standards within C,hapter 4, <br />Section 17 of the Cabarrus Countv Subdivision Ordinance. " <br />, <br /> <br />2. In Chapter Seven, Section 7-4, Item 24, Multifamily Residential. <br />Standards add: <br /> <br />Under <br /> <br />d. Must meet the Adequate Public Facility Standards within Chapter 4, <br />Section 17 of the Cabarrus County Subdivision Ordinance. <br /> <br />3. In Chapter Seven, Section 7-4, Item 43, Townhouses. Under Standards add: <br /> <br />e. Must meet the Adequate Public Facility Standards within Chapter 4, <br />Section 17 of the Cabarrus County Subdivision Ordinance. <br /> <br />4. In Chapter Eight, Section 8-4, Item 27, Mobile Home Parks. Add: <br /> <br />2.
