4. Two locker rooms and showers for use between 5 :00 p.m. and one hour after the conclusion of each game. 5. One 20' by 20' carpeted training area outside the Carolina Thunder locker room and a 20' by 20' uncarpeted training area outside the visiting team's locker room. Both training areas are to be lined with pipe and drape 8' high. 6. Two 10' by 10' carpeted coaches dressing areas, one near each training area, lined by pipe and drape 8' high and equipped with coat hooks and hangers. 7. A changing area for referees lined by pipe and drape 8' high. 8. A changing area for cheerleaders lined by pipe and drape 8' high. 9. The use of an area in the facility for post-game press conferences. 10. A maximum of twenty-five (25) parking passes allowing free parking for one vehicle each. 11. Access to two VIP Suites. 12. Advertising space for future game dates on Lessor's Daktronics sign with a message and rotation schedule determined by Lessor. ,1,1 13. Ticket Sales at the Arena box office during normal box office hours and beginning one hour before each game and ending at the end of the first quarter of each game. Box office labor will be provided by Lessor at no expense to Lessee. . 14. A 20' by 8' area in the Arena lobby for Lessee 'to sell Carolina Thunder apparel and merchandise. All such merchandise must be in good taste, suitable for a family event. Lessor receives no concessions from such sales. . 15. Sales of food and beverages from at least one concession stand inthe Arena lobby. At least one concession stand will remain open the duration of each game. All concession proceeds are the sole and exclusive property of the Lessor. 16. Normal and routine clean up of the Leased Premises following each Event. In the event clean up following an Event is extraordinary, due to attendees at the Event, Lessor shall be entitled to charge Lessee an extra cleaning fee at the rates set forth in Exhibit 2, attached hereto. . 8. EQUIPMENT OR SERVICES PROVIDED BY LESSEE OR AT LESSEE EXPENSE. 1. Ushers. At the expense of the Lessee, the Lessor will provide all ushers it considers necessary to properly aid attendees for each game. Lessor's estimate of the number of ushers needed will be determined in reliance upon Lessee's estimate of attendance. However, Lessor shall be entitled to use its discretion. The fee for each usher will not exceed twelve dollars and seventy- five cents ($12.75) per hour worked. Lessor shall be entitled to charge Lessee a minimum of four hours per usher per Event. Ushers will begin work one hour before game time and be dismissed thirty minutes after conclusion of the Event. 2. Ticket Takers. At the expense of the Lessee, the Lessor will provide all ticket takers it considers necessary to properly aid attendees for each game. The fee for each ticket taker will not exceed twelve dollars and seventy-five cents ($12.75) per hour worked. Ticket Takers will begin work one hour before game time and be dismissed at the conclusion of the second quarter of each game. . 1:-3
