3. Security. At the expense of the Lessee, the Lessor will provide all regular Security personnel. it considers necessary to properly aid attendees for each game. The fee for each regular security officer will not exceed twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per hour worked. Security personnel will begin work one hour before game time and be dismissed -thirty minutes after conclusion of the Event. The hiring of all security personnel and/or guards must be done through the Center and shall be the sole and exclusive expense of Lessee. The Center must be notified at least two weeks prior to the time when security personnel will be needed.. In the event Lessee anticipates extraordinary security needs, such as personal bodyguards or special security details for individual celebrities, Lessee must notify the Center at least two weeks in advance of the Event and this additional expense shall also be the sole responsibility of Lessee. Upon Lessor's request, such expense shall be paid in advance. However, the Lessor may deduct such security charges and expenses from the Event settlement. 4. Emergency Medical Personnel. At the expense of the Lessee,. the Lessor will p~pvide all Emergency Medical personnel it considers necessary to properly aid attendees for each game. The fee for each Emergency Medical Technician will not exceed twelve dollars and seventy-five cents ($12.75) per hour worked. Medical personnel will begin work one hour before game time and be dismissed thirty minutes after conclusion of the day's Event. 5. Public Address Announcers. Lessee will arrange for and provide all public address announcers, sound system operators and other personnel to accommodate media feeds for press conference and television and radio broadcasts. 6. Game Personnel. Lessee will arrange for and provide all scorers, clock operators, scoreboard operators~and referees requireà for each game. 7. Other Personnel/Services/Supplies. Lessee agrees to furnish everything necessary for the Events (services and/or property and/or supplies of any kind or nature) not specifically agreed to herein to be furnished by the Lessor. 9. ATTENDANCE PENAL TIES AND CREDITS: In addition to the Rent hereunder, the Lessee agrees to pay Lessor a fee of one dollar ($1.00) for each attendee less than 1250 for each game as detennined by a physical count of ticket stubs for stich game. The Lessee will receive a credit of one dollar ($1.00) for each attendee over 2000 for each game as detennined by a physical count of ticket stubs. Provided Lessee is not in default hereunder, Lessor will pennit Lessee to apply this credit toward the basic rent owed by Lessee for the following month. 10. LATE PAYMENT OR DEFAULTS: If any Lessee payment owed pursuant to this Lease is not paid when due, Lessor shall be entitled to call a default of this Lease anà acceleration of all sums owed by Lessee to Lessor hereunder. Lessor shall be entitled to exercise a c1raw(s) under . the Letter of Credit in order to recover from Lessee all sums owed by Lessee to Lessor hereunder as well as all costs of collection, including but not limited to attorneys' fees and all legal costs, together with interest calculated at one and one-half percent (1-112%) per month, accrued monthly on all such sums which remain unpaid.
