<br />C. Removal of the requested service(s) when change or substitution is requested by <br />the Customer. <br /> <br />S. ADDITIONS TO SERVICE <br /> <br />A. Additional service(s) may be added to this Agreement. Such additions will be <br />covered in appropriate Attachments and will be subject to the Terms & <br />Conditions in the Agreement. <br /> <br />B. Any service(s) added will be at the then current rates and will be subject to the <br />provisions of the General Exchange Tariff. <br /> <br />6. SERVICE BEYOND THE MINIMUM COMMITlVIENT PERIOD <br />The Customer may select a new payment period according to renewal options provided in <br />the General Exchange Tariff at the end of the minimum commitment period. The <br />service(s) will be automatically renewed at the then current month-to-month rates .,f the <br />Customer does not elect an additional minimum commitment period or requests th~t the <br />service(s) be tenninated when the original term expires. <br /> <br />7. SUSPENSION OF SERVICE <br />There is no option offered to temporarily suspend service or billing. <br /> <br />8. CANCELLATION OF SERVICE PRIOR TO INSTALLATION. <br />In the event the service(s) requested by the Customer is! are cancelled prior to the <br />establishment of service, but after the date of ordering, the Customer is required to <br />reimburse the Company for all expenses incurred in handling the request before notice of <br />cancellation is received. The date of ordering will be the date entered on the appropriate <br />Attachment(s). <br /> <br />9. MOVE OF SERVICE WITHIN THE SAlVIE PREMISES <br />Subject to the then current provisions of the General Exchange Tariff, the Customer may <br />request the Company to move the service(s) within the same premises. The charges for <br />such moves will be based on actual Time and Materials required and there will be no <br />credit due for any out of service condition necessitated by the move. Standard tariff rates <br />will take precedence over Time and Materials charges if applicable. There will be no <br />change in monthly rates when such moves occur. <br /> <br />10. DISCONTINUANCE OF SERVICE FOR NON PAYMENT <br />No utility shall discontinue service to a Customer for non-payment of bill without first <br />having diligently tried to induce the Customer to pay the same and until after five (5) <br />calendar days written notice of discontinuance of service to the Customer. The written <br />notice may be given by first class mail, or by other delivery to the premises served, or by <br />other legal means of service of process, and the five (5) days notice period shall begin to <br />run from the day following deposit of the notice in the post office or from the day of <br />otherwise delivery of the notice to the premises served, or from the day of other legal <br /> <br />2 <br />¡::-II <br />
