<br />Cumberland Cöunty staff was very pleased with the value engineering <br />provided by this çompany. <br />. Ware Bonsall received excellent recommendations on the projects where they <br />provided the on site management service. County staffs felt there was a level <br />of continuity in this method. . <br />. The County Attorney can negotiate with Ware-Bonsall to ensure that the <br />construction manager would have reporting responsibility to the County in the <br />contract to address concems of "self policing." <br /> <br />Concems with using Construction Management Companies for On Site <br />Management: <br /> <br />. Duplicative services are a concern, however, we do have the ability to <br />negotiate the level of service we deem necessary if the Board selects one of <br />the construction management companies. <br />. After speaking with former clients of two of the proposed firms. One¡ of the <br />firms worked on a multi-prime project that resulted in $200,000 in legal fees <br />due to subcontrðctor disagreements.
