A printed copy of any notice published by electronic means, along with the method of publication and certification of the dates of publication, shall be included with the official record of the public hearing; and The use of electronic means to publish legal notices of public hearings shall not supersede any State law that requires notice by mail to certain classes of persons or the.posting of signs on certain property. The provisions of this Ordinance shall become and be made part of the official Code of Ordinances of Cabarrus county, North Carolina; and This Ordinance is effective at the time of adoption by the Board of Commissioners. Bonds, Clerk to the Board Page 597 (1'-12) Revised project Ordinances for the Rowan-Cabarrus Community College (RCCC) Construction and Renovations Capital Projects Fund and the Justice Center Capital Projects Fund Two changes have been made to the Capital Project Ordinances of the RCCC Construction and Renovations Fund and the Justice Center Fund. Section 10 was added to give the County Manager authority to transfer revenues and appropriations when certain conditions are met. The wording in Section 7 was amended to reflect that financial status reports will be made at the request of the Board instead of monthly. UPON MOTXON of Commissioner Privette, seconded by Commissioner Carruth and unanimously carried, the Board approved the following revised project Ordinances for the RCCC Construction and Renovations Capital Project Fund and the Justice Center Capital Project Fund. Revised CAPITAL PROJECT ORDINANCE Ordinance No: 2004-16 BE IT ORDAINED, by the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Cabarrus, North Carolina, that, pursuant to Section 13.2 of Chapter 159 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, the following capital project ordina~ce is hereby adopted: Section 1. The project authorized is the construction of a parking lot and the design cost of building 3000 at Rowan Cabarrus Community College and Phase I and Phase II renovation .of the old Cabarrus County School Administration Building. The capital projects will be financed by Installment Financing and a contribution from the Cabarrus County General Fund for Phase I renovations. Section 2. The officers of this unit are hereby directed to proceed with this capital project within the terms of the Installment Financing resolution and the budget contained herein. Section 3. projects: The following budgeted amounts are appropriated for the parking Lot RCCC Design Cost of Building 3000 at RCCC Phase I School Administration Building Phase II School Administration Building $ 400,000 $ 500,000 $ 189,5.00 $2.853,728 Section 4. The following revenues are anticipated to be available to complete this project: Proceeds from Installment Financing Contribution from Cabarrus County General Fund $3,753,728 $ 189,500 Section 5.
