The owner/applicant will be required to secure any easements that may extend <br />outside the boundaries of the property being platted at Roberta Road and Pitts School Road. <br /> <br />6. <br /> <br />Furthermore, roadway improvements in accordance with NCDOT must be completed before final plat <br />approval of thirty - (30) cumulative lots.
