<br />effect the provisions of this Memorandum and to present them to their respective boards as <br />soon as possible for consideration and adoption. <br /> <br />6) The adoption of this Memorandum by the County Board is expressly conditioned upon the <br />adoption by the Town CQuncil, and the adoption of this Memorandum by the Town Council <br />is expressly conditioned upon the adoption hereofby the County Board. In addition, the <br />Adoption ofthis Memorandum by the County and the Town is expressly conditioned upon <br />the adoption of similar Memorandums by and between the County and the City of Concord <br />and the County and the City of Kannapolis respectively, and the fulfillment of the terms and <br />conditions of all three memorandums. All covenants and agreements set forth herein are and <br />shall be mutually dependent and a condition to each agreement and covenant herein shall be <br />the complete fulfillment of all other agreements and covenants herein by the other party.
