Annexation. ordinances, facilitating residential subdivisions, that are <br />adopted during the moratorium shall have an effective date after the moratorium. . <br /> <br />6) City and County hereby direct their managers, attorneys, planners and other <br />professional staff members to prepare such studies and documents as are necessary to give effect <br />to the provisions of this Memorandum and for presentation to their respective boards as soon as <br />possible for consideration and adoption. . <br /> <br />7) The adoption of this Memorandum by the County Board is expressly conditioned upon <br />the adoption by the City Council, and the adoption of this Memorandum by the City Council is <br />expressly conditioned upon the adoption hereof by the County Board. In addition, the Adoption <br />of this Memorandum by the County and the City is expressly conditioned upon the adoption of <br />similar Memorandums by and between the County and the City of Concord and the County and. <br />the Town of Harrisburg respectively, and the fulfillment of the terms and conditions of all three <br />memorandums. All covenants and agreements set forth herein are and shall be mutually . <br />dependent and a condition to each agreement ånd covenant herein shall be the complete <br />fulfillment of all other agreements and covenants herein by the other party.
