Several potential sites were <br />reviewed, resulting in selection of the building at 381 Industrial Court as the best fit. It will <br />require the least modifications and is located in an industrial area. To proceed with the <br />project, the contract with Ware Bonsall must be amended to account for preparation of <br />construction documents and funds must be appropriated to pay for the upfit. Finally, the <br />establishment of 18 additional deputies is reqLJired to operate the temporary jail facility. <br /> <br />REQl ESTED ACTION: (Suggested motion if the Board approves the agenda item as presented) <br />1.
