into such body of water, any substance, matter or th~ng, liquid or sohd, which w~ll or may result ,n the pollubon of sa~d waters 7 Take into or carry through any Park any rubbish, refuse, garbage or other material, except as specifically authorized here~n Any rubbish generated ~n the Park shall be placed, m receptacles provided for rubbish d~sposal by the Party responsible for ~ts presence Where receptacles are not available, all such rubbtsh or waste shall be carried away from the Park by the person responsible for ~ts presence and properly d~sposed of elsewhere 8 Attach or place any s~gn, banner, w~re, rope or cable, or any other contnvance of any k~nd or nature to any bu~ld~ng, s~gn, tree or other Park property by use of na~ls or staples These ~tems may be attached w~th tape or thumbtacks and must be removed before leawng the area Language or symbols on any such s~gn or banner must not be deemed offensive to the general pubhc, ~n the sole op~n~on of Park and other County officials authorized to enforce th~s Ordinance In no event w~ll profanity be permitted 9 Cause or permit any animal, whether or not under a person's custody or control, to enter the Park, w~th the excepbon of a dog restrained by a leash not exceeding 6 feet ~n length Ammals that are part of an authorized Park program are exempted from th~s pohcy Any person hawng custody of any ammal, as authorized herein, shall be responsible for the removal of any ammal sohd waste 10 Bnng, use, nde, or drive a horse, pony, mule, cow or any other animal whatsoever ~n any part of the Park, except for commerczally hcensed horse drawn carnages pursuant to a County written permit, unless the animal Is part of a Park sponsored program or except as provided for d~rectly above In subsecbon 3 9 Any mode of transportabon propelled by an ammal shall be treated as hmous~nes for the purpose of this Ordinance 11 Damage or alter any w~ldhfe habitat or area with~n the Park unless undertaken by authonzed Park personnel or their agents as a bona fide wtldhfe management practice Section 50-4.
