7 "Vehicle"' A means of conveyance of any k~nd or nature (except baby
<br />carnages and non-motorized bicycles or tricycles) including without hm~tabon, motor
<br />vehmles, traders of ail types, campers, sleds, sleighs, pushcarts, or modes of
<br />transportabon propelled solely by means of human or animal muscular power, including
<br />w~thout hm~tation, horse drawn carnages

<br />Section 50-3. Park Preservation.
<br />
<br /> It shall be unlawful for any person to:
<br />
<br /> 1. Mark, deface, disfigure, injure, tamper w~th, displace or remove any real or
<br />personal Park property, including without limitation, buddings, bridges, tables, benches,
<br />fences, fireplaces, grills, raihngs, pav~ngs or paving materials, water hnes or any other
<br />pubhc ubhtles or paris or appurtenances thereof, signs, notices or placards, whether
<br />temporary or permanent, monuments, stakes, posts, or other boundary markers, or
<br />other structures or equipment, fac~hties or Park property or any appurtenances
<br />whatsoever to any of the above
<br />
<br /> 2 Fad to cooperate in maintaining all common areas, ~ncludmg w~thout
<br />
<br />hm~tatlon, restrooms and washrooms, in a neat and sanitary cond~bon
<br />
<br /> 3. Dig, p~ck or remove any soil, rock, sand, stones, trees, shrubs, plants,
<br />wood or other matenals, or make any excavation by tool, equipment, blasting or any
<br />other means whatsoever
<br /> 4. Damage, cut, carve, mark or transplant any plant, or injure the bark of any
<br />plant or tree, or p~ck flowers or seed of any tree or plant, d~g ~n or otherwise d~sturb
<br />grass areas, or ~n any other way whatsoever injure the natural beauty or usefulness of
<br />any Park area
<br />
<br /> 5 Construct or erect any budding or structure of whatever kind or mater~al,
<br />whether permanent or temporary, or run or string any pubhc serwce utihty into, upon, or
<br />across such Park land, except w~th a special written permit ~ssued hereunder
<br />
<br /> 6 Throw, d~scharge, or otherwise place or cause to be placed ~n any body of
<br />
<br />water, including w~thout limitation, any fountain, pond, lake, stream or swimming pool
<br />w~th~n or adjacent to any Park, or any tributary, stream, storm sewer, or dra~n flowing
<br />
