Mr. Rodger Lentz, Planning Manager, addressed the Board presenbng Pebbon C02-08(S) and staff report stabng th~s subd~ws~on meets all subdivision regutabons and design requirements except for the adequate facllibes. They submitted a service avadabd,ty le~er from the Cl.h/ Of CoPcOrd address,ng water and sewer infrastructure acceptance.
