CONSENT AGREEMENT FOR THE CRAFT HOMES DEVELOPMENT~ FOR CABARRUS COUNTY Th~s Consent Agreement ~s entered into as of this 27th day of January, by and among Craft Homes, the owners ("Developer'9 of the Project and Cabarrus County, a pohtical subd~ws~on of the State of North Carolina, by and through ~ts Cabarrus County Board of Comm~ss;oners. REC:[TALS: A. Developer is the owner of approximately 22.04! acres of real property located in Cabarrus County, and has proposed the development of a subdivision with ].3]. single family lots ~n the Craft Homes project (the "Project"), to be constructed ~n multiple phases. B. The Project ~s subject to the Adequate Facilities Provisions of the Cabarrus County Subdivision Regulab0ns, Section 66-81, and has been reviewed by all public agencies which may potentially serve the project and its future residents. C. Developer is wdhng to advance pubhc services and facilities for the Project and to agree to certain other considerations to address Cabarrus County and advance these services and facilities. D. Cabarrus County, acting pursuant to its authority under G.S. 153A-330 to 335, and the Subd~wsion Regulations, has made certain determinations w~th respect to the proposed Project, and, ~n the exercise of ~ts legislative d~scretion, has elected to process the Project, resulting in the negotiation, consideration and approval of this Consent Agreement after all necessary hearings. CABARRUS COUNTY AND THE DEVELOPER HEREBY AGREE AS FOLLOWS: 1. The Project 1.1 Description of Pro_iect. The Craft Homes Project covered by this Consent Agreement presently consists of a single family lot subdivision located on approximately 22.041 acres.
