He sa~d we wdl have the same kind of cross-sect~on from I- <br />77 to I- 85. <br /> <br />Mr. Hdl said he would suggest that ~f that were the verbiage in <br />there and we strike some of the other th~ngs we were talking <br />about, then we should approve th~s as ~t was submitted to the <br />Board. <br /> <br />The Chair asked what was it. <br /> <br />Hr. Hill sa~d he th~nks that ~t was the offensive p~ece about <br />everybody budding a budding with a brick front. <br /> <br />Hr. Lentz sa~d what he d~d in the memo was to tell the Board, ~f <br />th~s plan was endorsed, what staff would bnng to the Board. He <br />sa~d staff would bring to the Board, specifically about the design <br />standards, would only be based on the wording. Mr. Lentz sa~d <br />staff would rewew and forward to the Planmng Board standards <br />associated w~th right-of-way protection, driveway separation and <br />design, traffic study requirements for new developments coming in <br />and what level of service staff would accept along that corndor. He <br />sa~d as far as the overlay, those were the only th~ngs. Tf th~s board <br />would recommend approval of th~s plan those would be the only <br />types of issues staff would bnng to them. <br /> <br />There being no further comments Mr. Hdl MOTIONED to accept the <br />proposal that was proposed to the Board w~th the 120-foot right-of- <br />way, sans any architectural comments, seconded by Hr. Drye.
