He sa~d he would ask the Board to address the technical <br />aspects of the plat because they are comfortable with it. They <br />understand from staff that ~t meets their requirements and again <br />they, as the petitioner, would accept those conditions. <br /> <br />The Chair asked what sort of t~me frame do they anticipate to get <br />those water and sewer agreements ~n place.- <br /> <br />Hr. Knox said ~t was their best efforts to have them here ~n place <br />tonight before they came before the Board. He sa~d ~t is ~mm~nent <br />being within 30 to 60 days. Hr. Knox said he would anticipate by <br />the t~me they are ~n front of the County Commissioners, one or two <br />of those two issues should be resolved, e~ther the water or the <br />sewer, <br /> <br />There being no further comments Hr. Moore HOTTONED to <br />approve Petition C02-03(S) on the technical merits under these <br />conditions: 1) Hake changes per NCDOT letter regarding turn <br />lanes. 2) Hake street name changes for Eg:~. purposes. 3) That a <br />note reading, "all construction of water and sewer hnes shall be in <br />strict accordance with the standard specifications for wastewater <br />collection and water distribution for Cabarrus County and the City <br />of Concord regional water resources water and sewer policy <br />manual be added to the plat. 4) That agreemen_ts be in place for <br />the Qty of Concord to prowde water and retail sewer. 5) The flow <br />agreement be obtained for WSACC. <br /> <br />The motion faded for lack of second, <br /> <br />Hr. Drye HO'I-~ONED to deny Petition C02-03{S) based on the <br />adequate pubhc facilities ordinance, seconded by Hr.
