Little, Director <br />Cabarms County Parks and Recreation Department <br /> <br />Revised Amended Ordinance Regulating the Use of Cabarrus County <br />Parks and Recreation Facilities. <br /> <br />On January 27, 2003 the Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners requested a 50% <br />discount scale on proposed Park Ordinance Violations and Fines if paid by the offender <br />within fourteen calendar days. The Cabarms County Attorney's Office prepared the <br />following statement in the Ordinance under Section 50-13.3, "....in the event the <br />Ordinance fine is paid within fourteen (14) calendar days of issuance of the citation, the <br />County will accept one half of the full fine amount as full and complete satisfaction of the <br />Ordinance fine". The Park Ordinance has other recommended changes in section: 50-10, <br />50-13, 50-14, 50-15, 50-17 and 50-18. A blackline version of the Park Ordinance shows <br />these recommended changes. A clean version of the Park Ordinance is also attached for <br />your review and consideration. <br /> <br />If adopted by the Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners on February 17, 2003, this <br />revised Park Ordinance will supercede and amend in its entirety the Park Ordinance <br />adopted by the Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners on January 27, 2003. <br /> <br />If you have any questions or comments, please feel free to contact me.
