CABARRUS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Meeting Date: 2/17/03 <br /> <br />Agenda Item # ~'~' <br /> <br />SUBJECT: <br /> <br />Revised Ordinance Regulating the Use of Cabarrus County Parks and Recreation Facilities and <br />Schedule 1 (Violations and Fines) to the Ordinance <br /> <br />On January 27, 2003, the Board adopted the Ordinance but deferred adoption of Schedule 1 until <br />the following changes could be made: (1) 50% discount on the fines if paid within 14 calendar days; <br />and (2) Increase in the Fire Lane Parking Violation Fine.
