We understand this <br />project will help determine future construction projects. <br /> <br />As you know, we recently completed a planning workshop with the Fair Board and have <br />a good understanding of the site. <br /> <br />Usted below are our qualifications and approach to assist in the development of a <br />master plan for the phased m~dway improvements. <br /> <br />Qualifications <br /> <br />Bullock, Smith ~t Partners, Inc. specializes in the master planning and design of <br />fairgrounds and exposition centers. Other special projects include the design of world's <br />fairs, Olympic venues, and theme parks. We have completed more than 150 fairgrounds <br />projects in 41 states, 7 Canadian provinces, Mexico, and Australia. We have a staff of <br />32 employees with offices in Knoxville and Nashville, Tennessee. <br /> <br />Each year at the IAFE Conference in Las Vegas, we exhibit our most recent projects; <br />also, we often present workshops and write articles for the [AFl: on fairgrounds master <br />planning and design.
