Perform a cursory review of existing conditions. A formal report is not included as part of <br /> this contract, <br /> <br />B. Review of environment and utility issues are cursory in nature; no engineering studies are <br /> included in this proposal. <br /> <br />PHASE 2 - CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT <br /> <br /> Task 2.1 BS~P will develop up to two alternative concepts describing site enhancements and <br /> proposed facilities, including a scaled site plan describing those facilities. <br /> <br /> Task 2.2 Provide order of magnitude cost data for all alternatives based on national trends. A <br /> detailed cost estimate is not included as part of this contract. <br /> <br /> Task 2.3 Refine the midway description of improvements. <br /> <br /> Task 2.4 Discuss new programs, new ideas, and alternative layouts for various uses and events to <br /> be held on the new midway. <br /> <br /> Task 2.5 Coordination work session with the Study Committee. <br /> <br /> A. Review concepts. <br /> <br /> B.
