Presented in this proposal <br />are an outline of the anticiRated services and the not-to-exceed cost of our services. <br /> <br /> PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br /> <br />The Phase 2 Sitework williconsist of fine grading of the pavement areas and building pad, <br />exterior concrete (including~ curbs and gutters, sidewalks, transformer/pump station pads and <br />loading dock pavement), _Uase course and asphalt pavement in access roads and parking <br />areas and the construction of turn lanes on Midland Road. <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br /> Scope of Work <br /> <br />We have prepared the follotving scope based on your request: <br /> <br /> Evaluation and proo~rolling of building pad and pavement subgrades; <br /> Laboratory and fieldldensity testing of Aggregate Base Course; <br /> Testing of the concrete placed in the loading dock area; and <br /> Project administratidn, including report preparation. <br /> <br />It is understood that testingiservices will not be required for the exterior concrete (other than <br />that listed above), asphalt ~acement, and during construction of the turn lanes. If there are <br />any services that you wish ,'~ add to or delete from this list, please let us know. All field and <br />laboratory tests will be corr~leted in accordance with applicable ASTM procedures. A staff <br />engineer will observe prooftolling of the subgrades.
