If you need anything else, let <br />me know. <br /> <br />Cabarrus County Tourism Authority <br /> Board of Directors Meeting <br /> <br />April 25, 2002 Minutes <br /> <br />LOCATION: Rocky River Golf Club, Concord, NC <br /> <br />The April 25, 2002 Board of Directors meeting was called to order at 11:14am by Chairperson Joe <br />Phelps. <br /> <br />IN ATTENDANCE WERE: <br />Board Members: <br /> Sam Farina <br /> Sharon Campbell <br /> Jay How~d <br /> John Cox <br /> <br />Joe Phelps <br />Aubie Cook <br />Diane Honeycutt <br /> <br />Staff: Ann Sternal <br /> Linda Collins <br /> Judy Root <br /> Libba Barrineau <br /> <br />Guests: Adam Bell <br />MINUTES <br />Motion-- A motion was made by John Cox with a second by Diane Honeycutt to approve the minutes <br />from the March 27, 2002 Board meeting as submitted. The motion carried. <br /> <br />FINANCIAL <br />Joe Phelps and Ann Sternal presented the financial statements for the month of March. Ann Sternal <br />noted the change on the regularrevenue balance sheet to show the 8% designated reserve fund. <br /> <br />CVB MONTHLY REPORT <br />The monthly report was included in the Board packet for review. Ann Sternal noted the hotel average <br />daily rate and average daily ocoupancy figures are now being collected by the CVB so we may better <br /> <br />2/12/2003 <br /> <br /> <br />
