G. CCTS Mobility Management Office and Staff~vill provide the Contractor with information concerning authorized ridership. A Dial-a-Ride call center will be staffed to schedule reservations bet~veen the hours of 8:00 a.m. and lpm, Monday to Friday excluding Count)' approved holidays. It is understood that the CCTS Mobilit3' Management and assigned staff must approve all agency and passenger resexwations, and will release the same to the Contractor no later than 2 p.m. each da)' in order to allow adequate time for scheduling. Ail requests for pickup for a client return will be received and recorded by the dispatch office. Either party ma) provide all or part of these operational functions to ensure quality; service; and costs parameters of CCTS contract are met. H. CCTS will ensure that agencies requesting vans for special trips outside the CCTS regular system operation will make their request to CCTS with sufficient notice to allow Contractor to arrange for the vehicle(s) and driver(s) if requested.
