G. CCTS Mobility Management Office and Staff~vill provide the Contractor with <br />information concerning authorized ridership. A Dial-a-Ride call center will be staffed to <br />schedule reservations bet~veen the hours of 8:00 a.m. and lpm, Monday to Friday <br />excluding Count)' approved holidays. It is understood that the CCTS Mobilit3' <br />Management and assigned staff must approve all agency and passenger resexwations, <br />and will release the same to the Contractor no later than 2 p.m. each da)' in order to allow <br />adequate time for scheduling. Ail requests for pickup for a client return will be received <br />and recorded by the dispatch office. Either party ma) provide all or part of these <br />operational functions to ensure quality; service; and costs parameters of CCTS contract <br />are met. <br /> <br />H. CCTS will ensure that agencies requesting vans for special trips outside the CCTS <br />regular system operation will make their request to CCTS with sufficient notice to allow <br />Contractor to arrange for the vehicle(s) and driver(s) if requested. It is understood and <br />agreed that all vehicles m'e propert3' of Cabarrus Count3' and <br />ma)' and will be used by multiple depal~ments with approval of the Mobility <br />Management. Such Count)' use is covered under the Cabarrus Count)' and departmental <br />insurance and no liability will result to the contractor unless related to improper <br />maintenance. <br /> <br />I.
